• Account data: your username, email address and a secure hash of your password (never the password itself).
• Usage and billing data: your credit balance, top-ups, GPU sessions, their times and costs, and token usage.
• Assistant data: your workspace, the files you upload, your conversations and the memory your assistant keeps between sessions.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to fix problems.

• to send you account emails, such as email verification and password reset messages;
• to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
• to meet our legal duties.

Your account data, your assistant workspace and its memory are stored on our servers in Europe or the United States, as applicable. While a GPU session runs, the data your assistant needs is processed on the GPU server of that session.

We share data only with service providers that we need to run AICharli:

• Stripe, our payment processor, for top-up payments. Stripe handles your card details directly.
• SMTP2GO, for delivering account emails such as verification and password reset messages.
• Spheron, our GPU provider, for the servers that run your assistant during a session.

These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also share data when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use only the cookies we need to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross site request forgery. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

We keep your data while your account exists. When your account is deleted, we delete your workspace, your memory and your account data. We may keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Send your request to mail@aicharli.com from the email address of your account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We protect your data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. Each user has a separate workspace and memory. No system is fully secure, so please use a strong password and keep it secret.

We may update this policy. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Please also read our Terms of Service.
